Combine PDF Form responses into an updated PDF to redistribute?

I have created a PDF of a list of tasks that need to have their progress updated. I have a fillable column that the distribution recipients can update and submit as an automated response. I would like to do this on a weekly basis. Is there a way that Adobe can collect the weekly responses and compile them into an updated PDF to distribute for the next week's updates? It would be nice to not have to do this manually.
