Combine PDFs Including Attachments?

I am attempting to combine many pdfs which also contain attachments into 1 pdf, not a pdf portfolio, for bates numbering etc.  But the combine option in adobe DC does not include the attachments.

Is there a way to combine all of the files including their attachments into a single PDF?
