Combine scanned documents (saved in Document Cloud/taken by mobile app)

I took several pictures with my mobile app. I would like to make 1 PDF of it.

The pictures (already PDF-files) are saved to my Document Cloud, pretty fine. But you can't combine them in one PDF (unless you first save them locally).

How can I proceed (preferable mobile)?
