combine two actions

hello I have two actions in which I use for my pdf, I qqueria know if I can combianr the two in one? the 1 is for the initial view with markers and then save them, the second is even insert a marker here is where it gets complicated , each time you do this to me opens a window where you have to choose the action of the marker, so the first thing I do in a pdf and then I copy in the other

You cannot combine two Actions - unless you create a third action and then manually duplicate the steps and settings in your first two Actions.

I am not quite sure what you mean by "opens a window where you have to choose the action" - does the Action prompt you for settings? If so, you can turn that off. The individual Action steps have a setting to "Prompt User":
