We have Adobe Pro XI licenses and users can no longer combine word and excel file types in Acrobat Pro.

We are told that the PDFMakers files are missing and we offer repair and we repair but always the incident.

Why can we not combine files other than PDF?

My OS is Seven 32 or 64 bits and we have Office 2010

Should work fine, then. Try running a Repair Installation via the Help menu of Acrobat.
