Combining multiple PDFs into one PDF using the Adobe Standard XI API

I need to combine multiple PDFs into one PDF from a c# application.  Can this be done with the Adobe Standard XI API?  If not, what Adobe product would be best to accomplish this task?

It is possible with Adobe Acrobat Standard.
