Combo Box - setting the height of the dropdown

I have series of combo boxes and my client would like all seven options to show up when the dropdown appears.  Right now only six show up. Is there  a way to use Javascript to se the dimension of the drop down or the number of lines.  (I not sure of the terms to search as i am not a coder.)
