Question

Comment Filter / Status None

Hi Folks,

We use Comments for editing documents based on editors' remarks on our PDFs, but recently one of our workers has been unable to use the Filter / Status / None feature in order to filter out any comments that were marked with the status Completed. Instead, all of her Completed comments are showing up in the filter when she sets it to Status / None. This appears to be isolated to her computer, and when she upgraded to DC, DC still showed Comments marked Completed when she set Filter / Status / None.

According to her, this feature was working okay yesterday. This morning it started showing Comments marked Completed in the filter. Does anyone know how this can be corrected, or what the issue may be?

Thanks,

Joe

Hi josephe60720276,

I am sorry for the delay in response.

Assuming you have Adobe Acrobat installed on the computer, you might try checking update, launch Acrobat>navigate to Help menu>select Check for updates.

You may create a copy of this pdf for backup purpose.

Could you please let me know the version of Adobe Acrobat installed on the computer?

To check the version of Acrobat> launch Acrobat>navigate to Help menu>select About Adobe Acrobat

Thank You,

Shivam
