Comment summary problem

When I attempt to create a comment summary in Adobe Acrobat the comments overprint the text, nowadays. I'm on OS X El Capitan MAC. For the past 8 years I've never had a problem with this simple procedure. My client on a PC does not have this problem and has been printing the summaries out for me.
