Commenting problem

Hi all, is it possible to 'enable' commenting within Adobe Acrobat to then allow form fillers to add comments within Reader on a dynamic form. My form needs to be 'reader enabled'. My form has 'a lot' going on with expanding boxes, radio buttons, dropdowns etc.
