Acabei de adquirir e instalar o PDF Converter. Todavia, ele falha na hora de converter um arquivo maior, com 12.634Kb. Demora e falha. O que eu devo fazer? E como reclamar que o meu produto não está funcionando?

    Hi,

    I tried to replicate the issue at my end, and there was no issue while exporting pdf.

    Could you please let me know how you are trying to export the pdf file - in Adobe Reader application or via Web Browser using this URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

    Do you see any error message when trying to export?

    Are you not able to export a specific pdf file or all the pdfs?

    Try to export other pdf file, and see if the issue still persists.
