Computer died and I swapped the hard drive to a new computer. Now when I open Acrobat 11 Standard I get a message about the serial number "is in use by the maximum allowed computers" How do I fix this.. URGENT

Please refer to this KB article :-"Activation limit reached" or "Sign-in failed error" with Adobe apps

The computer is defective and I was not able to deactivate the product before It crashed. I don't not have any of the purchase info. All I have is the product serial number.

You need to contact Adobe. Use CHAT from the support page (be sure to answer questions accurately, or chat may not appear as an option). Acrobat X is out of support, but with luck they will still help with this.
