Content of redacted document disappear when redactions are applied

I am using Adobe Creative Cloud for my new Mackbook Pro.  The redaction tool worked perfectly the first time I used it; after that, when I apply the redactions the entire content of the document disappears except for the redaction blocks. Help!

Hi ,

What Acrobat version do you work on?

Also tell the OS in use.

Please try to repair Acrobat if you are on Windows.

Please update Acrobat and then see if that fixes the issue.

I am working on Adobe Acrobat ProDC

2015 Release (Continuous) V.2015.010.20056

OS X El Capitan

I'm not using Windows

There are not any Acrobat updates

Help still appreciated.
