Convert pdf to excel error message

Hi, I have a pdf file that's 14.2 mb. It will not convert into an excel file. The alert reads "sorry, file is either too large or too complicated to convert". Are there any other options?

Please provide product name with version and if possible provide exact steps you followed and screenshot of the error.

Please split the document into two parts and then try exporting the output PDF's into word.
