Copying Fillable Forms Question

I am trying to create a form in, that divides rooms, but I want everything to have the same background and for every room you can change the name. But when I copy the fillable form, the changes are applied to all of the forms I copied. So if I have 2 rooms, and one is kitchen, and I change the second room to Laundry; now both forms will say Laundry. It's a little hard to explain. I would like to try to attach images.
