Could not print to Adobe PDF from excel

I used to be able to print to Adobe PDF from either Words or Excel. But just yesterday it stop working, it says could not connect to the Adobe PDF printer. Please help

Hi Serene,

Can you please:

1) Let us know if you are able to print from other apps like notepad, browser and even from Acrobat itself

2) Provide the snapshot of the error which you are seeing.

2) Provide the exact Acrobat build details which you can get from Acrobat -> Help -> About Acrobat Pro DC..

3) Provide the OS and Office version details

Also, are you able to check Printing preferences of Adobe PDF Printer from Control Panel -> Devices and Printers -> Adobe PDF Printer -> Printing preferences (right click)
