Create PDF from Scanner dialog box does not save settings

After the update, I noticed that the dialog box for "Create PDF from Scanner" reverts to default settings each time it is used. Previously, it would "remember" the last settings that you used, and only go to default settings if you press the "default" button.

Any way to change the default or make Acrobat remember previously used scan settings?

Please provide the OS version installed on your system.

Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

If you are on Windows OS, open Acrobat, navigate to Help menu & repair the installation.

Please check with the option Acrobat > Edit > Preferences > Documents > Under open settings > check the option for 'Restore last setting option', then OK & relaunch the application .

If the issue still persist , please check with the different user account to replicate the issue .
