Create Script to check if signature boxes have been completed by the same person

I have a form that i have tasks that need to be performed by person 1 and reviewed by person 2.

Is there a way to have a script that checks that the person signing the reviewed by isnt the same as the person who signed the performed by signature box?

I have a script that the reviewed by box does not show up until the performed by box has been signed. But currently i can still sign both.
