Create Searchable PDF Documents
What Adobe product do I use to make a PDF document searchable? Does this product use a dictionary to allow the user to add words not already in the dictionary? Thanks in advance.

You can use Adobe Acrobat Pro for that.
You can't change the dictionaries it uses, though.
