creating a pdf doc with form fields that auto resize the type entered in field without scrolling

I am looking for a way to create a creating a pdf doc with form fields that auto resize the type entered in field without scrolling. I used to be able to do this and cannot seem to figure out. All I see in the properties field is multiple line and scrolling options, but no where can I find an option that auto adjusts the width of entered text to fit within the cell.
