Creating a PDF from Excel 2016 to Ledger does not save the size in Acrobat

When I create a PDF using Adobe PDF as the printer in Excel 2016 I can create a PDF sized as Ledger (but only after I click on Portrait Orientation, even though I need it to be Landscaped. It doesn't look right in Excel when I choose Landscaped). When I open the file in Adobe Acrobat DC the properties of the file is set to Ledger. When I try to print it in Acrobat it sized as a letter (8.5 x 11).

How can I it print properly from Acrobat?
