Creating Acrobat Pro XI Form Records

Question

Is there a way that I can create records of a form saving as same name like in Omni Pro Filler. Our company has went away from Omni Form, but the creation of forms with records is much needed. Some of the forms are single pages and some contain up to 20 pages. When doing EPA's it would be much simpler to open a single file for that employee that has all the past EPA's stored as records versus generating a new file each time need.

Are you tslking about forms with fillable fields or just PDF documents?

If forms, you "flatten" the form fields and combine them into one file.

Documents can be combined with little or no problems.

If you are dealing with digitaly signed PDFs then use portfolios.
