creating log file of previously bates stamped pdf

I have Acrobat XI Pro and I know when I bates stamp pdfs I can create a log file. We are a law firm and receive thousands of bates stamped pdfs on a daily basis. Is there a way to create a log file of the "file name" and "bates number" of pdfs that have already been bates stamped and sent to us? I try to keep an ongoing index of documents (pdfs) produced in a case and it would helpful to be able to create a log file of bates numbers that I can cut and paste into my index of produced documents.
