Creating pdf

I have installed Acrobat 9 Standard on my new pc with W10 OS. before that i have deactivated the program installed on the old pc. Now every time i try to create a pdf from scanner it appears a message stating that acrobat 9.0 has stopped working and that w10 is looking for solution and that the program will be closed.  Please help. Thank you

Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 10.

Sorry to bother but i have a second pc with acrobat 9.0 and w10 working fine.

That might be, but it's still not compatible. It doesn't mean it won't work, it just means it's not tested so there's no guarantee it will work, or work correctly. Especially things like integration with other software or hardware are likely to fail, as you've noticed.
