Creating pdf documents with metadata taken from database

Hello

I wonder that creating pdf documents with metada which is taken from MS SQL database (or plain text,xml etc.) is possible or not.

I have some images in file system and information about these image in database. I want to use acrobat (or any application,sdk etc) to convert these images to pdf documents with related information in metadata.
