Hello, I got

Office 2016 32bits on W7 64bits and Acrobat DC Standard recently updated.

I have this crash everytime I try to "create PDF" from PDFMaker addin on word.

TEMP folder is empty and I repaired both office and acrobat.

I had to purchase this acrobat DC version, because the one I had ( acrobat X) was not compatible with office 2016

Help,please

Hi YatharthS,

thanks for your quick response.

The acrobat DC version is 2015, 12.0

I checked for updates and it seems the problem is solved.

Word crashed first but did the job the next time I tried.

Thanks a lot

Hi again,

it works for small word documents but keeps on failing with the big ones.

After a crash when restarting word,it asks to disable the pdfmaker addin cuase word is having trouble with it.
