Creating PDFs in Word 2016 (feature no longer available)

Currently using Adobe DC Pro v. 2015.017.20053 and Microsoft Word for Mac v. 15.25. Very recently, there was an "Acrobat" ribbon in the toolbar to Create PDFs from Word, which retained the existing links in the document. (In fact, this is precisely why I bought a subscription for Adobe DC!) Then, it became greyed out, and even when I tried to create PDF documents from Word files from within Adobe DC, links weren't retained.

I chatted with support, who told me to delete all Acrobat files from my Application Support and Preferences folders and to uninstall & reinstall Acrobat. Now, the ribbon isn't even there in Word, and when I start it up, it shows the error "Compile error in hidden module: 'link'. This error commonly occurs when code is incompatible with the version, platform, or architecture of this application."

Please help!

Hi Ilona

We are aware of the incompatibility between 64-bit Mac Office and Acrobat DC and working towards providing support for it in future updates.

To remove the compile error, please install Acrobat DC's latest update.

Thanks
