I have been trying to sign documents with my military CAC Card, and Acrobat DC tells me credentials selected for signing are invalid,  super frustrating because it work earlier in the week and now it just will not.  I feel I have tried everything to include deleting  and reinstalling.  I must be missing something!  All i want to do is sign a risk assessments!

Adorobat The issue in my case seems to be a problem with the smart card drivers I was able to get it fixed see:

Note that while this fixed it for me this is at best a work around and one that is only available to those that have a smartcard middleware installed on their machine that provides PKCS#11 libraries. This is a feature that has worked in Adobe for years without the need for these external libraries.

Adobe please at least acknowledge that there is a problem and you are actively working on a real solution.

I have the same issue I have a Macbook Pro 10.11.6

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Architecture: x86_64

Build: 15.17.20053.194476

AGM: 4.30.65

CoolType: 5.14.5

JP2K: 1.2.2.36712

and

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

Architecture: x86_64

Build: 15.6.30201.194472

AGM: 4.30.65

CoolType: 5.14.5

JP2K: 1.2.2.36712

Both exhibit the same issue. I also have other users reporting the same error. While at least one user with 10.11.6 and Acrobat XI is still working.
