Custom Stamp want auto date fill added

We have a custom stamp that has two fields that need to be filled in each time you use it. One is By: We type in the name of the person submitting documents.

Second is DATE. We have been typing todays date in each time. Is there a way that we can get it to auto populate? See sample below.
