DC Pro Trial Opens & Immediately Closes

I just installed the DC Pro trial.  I am using Windows 7.  I rebooted my computer as instructed after the completion of the download.  I tried to open my first PDF and it would not open.  The program opens up and immediately shuts down.  I tried to open several other PDFs and the same thing happened.
