I bought a new computer.  I followed the deactivation steps in Adobe FAQs and deactivated adobe acrobat x pro.  I then went to new computer and downloaded x pro.  It wants me to use a trial version and when I put my x pro serial number in it tells me I don't have that product on my computer.  Well, duh, I don't.  So how do I get adobe acrobat x pro activated on my new computer?

Acrobat X is not compatible with the current operating systems, like Windows 10.

Also, it sounds like you purchased an upgrade version, which means that you need to a have an earlier full version...
