Delete Page Shortcut Key Not Working

Using Lenovo laptops, Windows 10, Office 2016 and Adobe DC.  With a multi-page PDF open and displayed, the keyboard shortcut - Ctrl+Shift+Delete - to Delete Page does not work.  Granted, we can take hand off keyboard, grab the mouse, expand the left panel, click Thumbnails, right-click a page and select Delete. Much more cumbersome than simply pressing Ctrl+Shift+Del which has always worked in prior versions. Any suggestions regarding why the shortcut does not work when viewing the page to delete?

Hi,

Try rebooting the computer, launch Acrobat, perform the same task and see if its working.

Are other keyboard shortcut like ctrl+D (for opening document properties) working?

Could you please let me know the version of Acrobat DC installed on the machine?

To check the version of Acrobat, launch Acrobat>navigate to Help menu>select About Adobe Acrobat

Thank You,

Shivam
