dependant drop down list not submitting correctly

Hello, 

I have several dependant boxes, these work fine and change the choices depending on your initial selection, however, when I go to submit the form the code will look for any answers that are "No" and put that into the email. I have this working for non dependable  . Is there some code I am missing for it not to work correctly
