Desactivate license

I can't "Desactivate" the license on the computer.

Why is this option in grey ? thx.

Do you have volume licence for Acrobat XI? If yes, then you won't get the option to Deactivate under Help menu.

If its an individual installation please Repair the installation under Help menu.

Relaunch Acrobat XI & then try to deactivate it.
