Differing Acrobat Adobe files

Question

Why is it that very large Acrobat Adobe files generated through Intuit's ProSeries software and attached to emails are easily transmitted but those Acrobat Adobe files of much smaller size created through Adobe Reader XI, Version 11.0.17 do not even transmit?

Hi haroldw34195488,We are sorry for the delay in response.Would like to inform you that Adobe Reader is an application that helps you to view PDFs. You cannot create PDF in Reader application. Could you please let us know how you are trying to send PDF files. Are you using "send as email attachment" option provided in Adobe Reader?Do you get any error message when you try to send files?Regards,Meenakshi
