Digital Signature

I have created a adobe form with server side signature from SAP. When i opened the document in adobe reader the digital signature is present in the document but the green tick/? for the signature validation is not present in the document. But when i verify the signature i get a message at the top of the PDF document stating that the signature is verified.

Please let me know what i need to do to get the green tick or question mark symbol to indicate the signature is verified.
