Question

Disappearance of Acrobat Pro from my List of Programs.

On June 6 2015 I purchased Acrobat Professional; it was an upgrade from Acrobat X Pro.  It worked just fine; I purposely upgraded to use the export function.  Sometime in January 2016 Acrobat Pro disappeared and Acrobat Reader appeared.  If I click on the Adobe Acrobat DC entry on my Start Menu, I'm invited to subscribe to Acrobat DC, which I neither need nor want.  Can you help me restore Acrobat Pro and get rid of Acrobat Reader?  I'm using a Dell Vostro 1720 Laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium.

Also, check your subscription status, by going to http://www.adbe.com and looking under Manage Account. You can make sure payments have been OK, the subscription might stop if there is a credit card issue.

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.
