A client of mine is having an issue printing to PDF. Every time she tries to do this she receives this error. The error is as follows.

%%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%%

%%[ Error: invalidfont; OffendingCommand: definefont; ErrorInfo: StemSnapH --nostringval-- ]%%

I have reinstalled the font. I have followed the suggestions on forums for unchecking rely on system fonts. The PC is a Windows 8.1 box and she is printing from QuarkXpress 7.

I think the previous reply has things the wrong way round. Clearly not about printing from a PDF.

The problem seems to relate to the Montserrat-Regular font as you may have deduced. You can try using a different font, replacing the font, or contacting Quark. An update to Acrobat is unlikely to help, but I can't say, you didn't mention your user's version.

Hi ,

Please use Adobe Reader/Acrobat to print the PDF  and it would work fine.

We do not support any third party software.
