documento borrado. Lost document pdf

Resulta que en la app de andorid se me borraron unos comentarios pero seguía el documento, al día siguiente por temor a que se me borraran los comentarios que son realmente notas de clases, le di compartir para enviarmelo por correo. Ahora no tengo documento porque al darle compartir desapareció de la aplicaciön por completo el documento y con el mis notas de clase , y al revisar  el correo esperandoque estuviera ahí no sale ningun adjunto apesar que al momento de enviarlo si aparecia

Turns out that in my andoid application i lost yesterday several important comments, afraid this might happen again i selected the pdf and "shared it", atthemoment of sending it throuhg my email everything seem fine and i pressed send, when i returned to the adobe reader app my document was no where to be found and nether was in my email! It sended an empty mail. So now i have lost the class notes of two days in a row, what can i do?
