Does anyone know if the scanned information could be stored in NTFS format?

You're talking (NTFS Format) about how the formatting of a hard drive can be done AND you're trying to associate that with a document.

Yes you can place an Acrobat document INTO a hard drive that has been formatted to the NTFS Format but you cannot format any document into an NTFS Format.

Example: Yes, you can sit in a car and drive the car using gas but you cannot save YOU as gas.
