Doesn't the language versions of Acrobat exist anymore? All are embedded? Expert link

According to an expert at another Acrobat forum, that also has the Adobe symbol on it, there are no longer specific language versions, from Acrobat xi (standard/pro) and forward, and you're able to OCR in any of the many, many supported languages. Is this true?
