Hi,

I have to reinstall my Adobe Acrobat after reinstalling my computer. I now tried 5 times to reinstall it, from the home page, from my adobe account as well as the trial version. Always I am be told there is a problem after roundabout 17 % of the download and it stops. What can I do?

Thanks

Eva

Sorry for answering in german. Before I tried with Firefox, now with Bing I got to 20 %. But thanks a lot for the suggestion.

The only other thing I can recommend is to try downloading via the links from this page: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

Whenever I run into download problems (in general, not specifically with Adobe) with my standard browser (which is Safari on Mac OS), I try Chrome.

Try to download via a different browser.

Danke für den Tipp. Ich habe vorher per Firefox heruntergeladen, per Bing hat es bei 20% abgebrochen.
