Downloadable pdf forms with destination tracker

Question

I need a few forms to be downloadable from a web site and/or manually sent or forwarded by mail (anyone).

How can I create a submit button to have the results sent to the tracker without going through "distribution" in Acrobat Pro DC or is there an appropriate other strategy?

Tracker only works with forms that have been distributed with Acrobat. An alternative it to add a submit button that either submits to a web server or by email. The email option is not very reliable or secure, so you may want to include instructions for manually attaching a form to an email and provide the address to send it to.
