downloading adobe acrobat free trial

Hi I tried to set up and download adobe acrobat on my windows computer however I kept getting an error of no disk space available. I then logged in with my account on my Mac however it no longer prompts for download and I don't know how to achieve the free trial, can anyone help with this?
