Driving me crazy

I cannot download a specific PDF form.  Said form is valid as I downloaded it from a different computer.  Here is the link to the form: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM0008ENU_2D.pdf It says I don't have the latest version which is incorrect.  I just downloaded the latest Adobe Acrobat version.  Any way to chat with an Adobe technician?

With right mouse click on the link you can download the form without any problem.
