Drop Box failed to install. General error mesage! What do I do?

Yes. I have it on my desktop & on my mobile! When I tried to install it as an add on for lightroom, I got the error message.

Did you click and read at the links I posted?

According to the links I found and posted, you use only Acrobat or Reader... I saw no mention of Lightroom
