Dynamic barcodes from forms

I am using Acrobat XI Pro to create a fill-in pdf with
forms. I now want to add dynamic barcodes/QR-codes which change when the value
of a form is changed. I want to use this so customers who fill out or forms can
print the pdf with barcodes and send them to us. We can then scan codes instead
of typing all the information in manual by keyboard.

As I understand it we need another license to be able to do this but I can’t find the information of what license
is needed?

And do our customers also need that license or can they fill out the
forms in the free reader and then print the pdf with barcodes containing the
info in the forms?

If you want the barcodes to be dynamic when used in Reader then you need to apply a very special type of right to the file, yes.

This is done using one of the LiveCycle server applications, which are very expensive. For more details I suggest you try the LC forums, or contact Adobe directly.
