Hi there,

I am new to this product as I never used it before and only being on the trial to test the product to see if I like it. I have created a Filling Form Survey -  from Adobe Acrobat DC.

I am having trouble to send a filling form I've created via Adobe - it opens my e-mail with the file attached, I write the recipient and a copy to me then click send. It does not give me any errors but I do not receive nor the client anything on our e-mails. I've also created a Submit Button at the bottom of my survey, when I click it everything looks all right - it opens a window with the attachment correctly press send and seems like it is sending but I do not receive anything - Client opens the survey with Adobe Reader - do the same thing as I did and send it but I do not receive anything.

Is there a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

Would of been nice if I could've send the forms via e-mail and getting the answers back when the client is done by clicking the Submit Button.

Thanks in advance for your help!

You can use the "distribute form" or create a custom button to submit the form to an email address.

Thanks for Replying GKaiseril,

I have tried the Distribute Form but like my original post said when I click Send the e-mail seems to work fine - like as if it was sending but the problem is I do not receive anything in my e-mail - No one receives this e-mail sent via Adobe. Could it be possible that there's a glitch somewhere?

Just found my problem; I had 2 outlook profiles - one that I use daily and the other one was suppose to be deactivated. Adobe was by default with the old one I had. When I opened my old one I had all of the e-mails I tried to send with Adobe in the Outbox.

Thanks again!
