Question

Early after start Acrobat DC is frozen with message "no answering". I have to cancel it and use "To repair of Acrobat DC installation". It helps form cca 10 starts of DC. How to fix it?

In addition to that, you might also get rid of the preferences, and make sure that there is no file wanting to be regenerated (because of a crash).

In extremis, you would have to completely, properly uninstall Acrobat (there is an utility helping you doing it), and reinstall it. If Acrobat DC is part of the Creative Cloud subscription, it may be sufficient to uninstall it from the CC Desktop application, and reinstall.
