Edit Mode not working

We subscribed for the Edit mode. But after the payment happened, we only see the tabs comment, fill and sign, comments and send & track. How to actually edit PDF?

Are you sure  its Acrobat Pro DC and not Acrobat Reader DC application.

You can not edit PDF files in Acrobat Reader DC.

Please refer: Download and install Adobe Acrobat DC .

It's not really clear what you mean and, most importantly, what kind of documents you are trying to edit and what operations you want to do. By definition PDFs have severely limited editability to begin with and from your description it sounds like you are trying to manipulate forms, which may be protected by the original creator to prevent exactly this kind of meddling.
